A great way to honor the season of giving is to participate in #GivingTuesday Giving Tuesday is a global initiative to encourage monetary donations to nonprofit organizations in an effort to support their work around the world.
Last year, I shared a list of organizations and nonprofits with important missions that expand internationally, nationally, statewide and local. In honor of Women's History Month in March, I curated a list of organizations focusing on women and girls initiatives.
For 2021's Giving Tuesday, I've compiled a list of organizations focusing on education. Since March 2020, education at all levels has been disrupted by COVID. There are many ways we can help support students and teachers as we address their educational and emotional needs in a post-pandemic world.
