Monday Musings: Celebrate International Women's Day!

"The story of women's struggle for equality belongs to no single feminist nor to any one organization but to the collective efforts of all who care about human rights." - Gloria Steinem It's Women's History Month and this week we'll honor #InternationalWomensDay! IWD celebrates women's achievements and increases women's visibility, while calling out inequality, according to the International Women's Day website. It's important that we we take time to reflect on women's accomplishments while also looking to the future to ensure women increase their presence and influence in all aspects of society. We can do this in a number of ways and we hope, on March 8, you will amplify women's voices despite a growing number of inequities we face.

Let's commit ourselves to work for a world where we protect women's rights, elevate our voices and honor the very important contributions we make in our families, communities and workplaces. On March 8, join the #IWD movement!
