Delicious creamy shells pasta dish that the entire family will love! It's easy and quick to prepare!
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. of minced garlic or 6 gloves of fresh garlic
1 lb. small shells pasta
2 Tbsp. of butter
4 cups of chicken broth
2-3 oz. of tomato paste
1/2 cup of cream or dairy alternative
Pinch of salt
2 Tbsp of parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp of parsley flakes
Directions:
In a large pan, add olive oil and warm on medium-high heat.
Add garlic and let simmer.
Add pasta and coat it in the oil.
Add the butter and mix.
Add the chicken broth and let it boil until it's absorbed.
Add tomato paste, cream and mix well.
Add salt, cheese and 1/2 of the parsley and let it warm through.
Serve with fresh parsley garnish.
