Tuesday Morning Tidy: Slow Cooker Beef Stew

This is a delicious, flavorful and hearty recipe for the cooler fall days from All Recipes. Everyone in our family loves this m and it's great leftover.


Ingredients:


  • 2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch pieces

  • ¼ cup flour

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1 ½ cups beef broth

  • 4 medium carrots, sliced

  • 3 medium potatoes, diced

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 1 stalk celery, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 large bay leaf



Directions:


  1. Place the beef in the slow cooker.

  2. Mix flour, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl.

  3. Pour mixture over beef and stir until coated.

  4. Add beef broth, carrots, potatoes, onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic, and bay leave into the pot.

  5. Stir to combine.

  6. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours.

  7. Enjoy!
