Tuesday Morning Tidy: Summer Crockpot Dessert

This variation on peach cobbler is a great option for a summer dessert, and feeds a whole group. Better yet, it requires little prep and bakes in the crockpot while you're attending another activity.

I found this one on Melissa JoReal Recipes on instagram, and tweaked it just a bit!

Ingredients:

Bag frozen peaches (approx. 20 oz.)

cup frozen blueberries

1 tbsp. cornstarch

1 tsp. vanilla

sprinkle cinnamon

2 tbsp. hot honey

Box white cake mix

Stick butter

Vanilla ice cream

Place first six ingredients in crockpot for 30 minutes, stir. Pour contents of cake mix over the top, add slices of butter. Set on high for two or 2.5 hours, and it will be ready to serve. I added a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and drizzled additional hot honey. Delish!
