What I'm Loving: Health & Beauty Products

With the big 4-0 looming, I've started using several new-to-me health and beauty products. I'm trying to be conscious about what I am using and consuming daily and these products hit the mark.

Vitamins & Supplements -- I've tried different daily vitamins and supplements, but in recent months I've started taking OLLY products, which I'm really liking. I take The Perfect Women's Multi and Goodbye Stress. My daughters take the Teen Girl Multi. OLLY offers several different types of vitamins to address issues such as sleep, skin and energy, to name a few. They're in the form of gummies, are easy to digest and they don't offer a horrible taste or smell -- they are quite flavorful. You can find them on Amazon or at Target.

Eye Gel Masks - With age and stress comes dark circles and tired, puffy eyes. I use Le Gushe's Collagen Eye Zone Gel Masks and they work really well. After wearing them for 20-30 minutes you will see a noticeable difference in the appearance of the skin around your eyes. You can find them on Amazon.

Straightening Brush -- I have thick, long and curly hair. It can be a wicked combination! I tend to wear it curly most days as it's easier to do because blow drying and straightening are time-consuming and exhausting. But, after years of coming across the L'Ange Le Vite Straightening Brush on social media, I finally purchased it along with the L'Ange Rival Heat Shield - total game changers! I can quickly blow dry my hair, spray it with the heat shield and then straighten it in sections. What normally took me about 45 minutes to do, is now around 25. There isn't any exposed hot metal on the device so it's safe and easy to use. (I don't receive a kick back by promoting L'Ange products -- I'm just a happy customer.)

Eyebrow Razor - A friend introduced me to the Tinkle Eyebrow Razor and it's a must have! It's for quick maintenance on eyebrows or any small area where you have unwanted fine hair. They are safe on sensitive skin and are disposable. You can find them on Amazon.

I hope you'll give these products a try and let us know what you think!
