I love walking through the aisles at my local Target to check out all the fun sparkling beverages that have been released. I don't really enjoy drinking water, so any way I can zhush it up, I'm game! Here are a few of my favorite summer beverages this year:
Bubbl'r: These sparkling, fruity, semi-energy drinks claim to be free of artificial sugar. The natural caffeine they contain is equivalent to a cup of coffee, and they include substantial amounts of Vitamins A and B. There are a variety of flavors that seems to expand every time I pick up a pack!
Iced Coffee: Sometimes I make my own, and sometimes I pick up a jug or a can to enjoy on the go.
LMNT and BioSteel: I've been staying hydrated this summer with LMNT electrolyte packets and BioSteel hydration mix. Both seem to contain clean ingredients and come in a variety of flavors. You can buy both on Amazon for convenience. My skin feels better than it has in a long time too!
